Founded in 2018, 23hotels has as a revenue management company built up an extensive track record providing revenue management consulting, hotel consulting, and hotel management for independent hotels and resorts globally – and continues today to turn hotels into market leaders.
Our Mission

Our Executive Team
Quliyev Musa (CEO) and Qadirov Ruslan (COO) launched 23hotels in 2018. Both with a wealth of experience in hotel operations and strategy, as well as travel e-commerce and distribution technologies.
They have experience with start-ups and early-stage enterprises and are great business developers. They have held management leadership positions at several companies.
